This Tadashi Shoji black lycra vintage maxi dress has sheer long raglan sleeves and a dramatic rhinestone studded high neck. The dress is from the 1990's. There are square rhinestones that trim the mock turtleneck. This dress has just enough stretch to hug curves and there is a thigh high slit up the front.
