Football-mad Bobby and his big  sister Charlie are off to summer camp. As soon as Bobby sees Paul, he insists on being best friends with him, even though Paul hides under his parka. Of course this means that Paul has to play football, whatever the planned activity really is. Charlie  has her work cut out to keep track of them - and she has a big challenge of her own, too.
